Our Commitment

We are committed to ensuring our web applications empower everyone, including people with disabilities. That’s why accessibility is a core part of how we design and build our products—from Analyst to Career Coach and beyond.

We aim to provide an inclusive digital experience that meets or exceeds recognized accessibility standards, such as:

  • Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA

  • Section 508 of the U.S. Rehabilitation Act

Our commitment focuses on creating inclusive digital experiences that allow users to:

  • Read content comfortably with sufficient color contrast.

  • Navigate easily using assistive technologies like screen readers and keyboard-only input.

  • Rely on clear and consistent layouts, descriptive labels, and meaningful alternative text.

Our Approach

Accessibility is integrated into our design and development lifecycle. We follow practical, testable practices and provide documentation and standards to support our teams.

Design and content

  • Accessible components with focus states and semantic markup.

  • Meaningful alt text and captions for non-text content.

  • Readable typography and responsive layouts.

Development and testing

  • Manual testing with keyboard navigation and popular screen readers.

  • Assistive-technology compatibility testing across browsers and devices.

Documentation and training

  • Internal accessibility guidelines.

  • Training for product and engineering teams to ensure consistent implementation.

Continuous Improvement

Accessibility is a continuous effort. We actively work to:

  • Integrate accessibility best practices into design and development processes

  • Conduct periodic accessibility audits using automated and manual testing

  • Incorporate user feedback into product improvements

  • Engage external consultants for validation and guidance when needed

Standards and Compliance

Our efforts are guided by international standards and recognized accessibility practices. We monitor legal and industry developments to maintain compliance. Where appropriate, we publish accessibility test summaries and progress reports. If you require a specific compliance attestation or documentation for procurement, please contact our team, and we will be happy to assist you.
